The corona crisis has opened up new opportunities for corporate health management: there is hardly a company where health has ever been more important than it is today. There finally seems to be an awareness that the health of employees also ensures the economic health of the company in the long-term.

Even if the results of studies vary, they all clearly show that every pound invested in employee health also benefits the company. For example, it has recently been shown that companies that invested in the health of their employees at an early stage could open up again more quickly and thus achieve explicit competitive advantages. Management is increasingly being measured by the crisis resilience of its company, and corporate health management is a major factor. We at CHC Corporate Health Consulting are happy to support you in setting up such a process.
How can corporate health management be established sustainably in your company during and after coronavirus? What is our approach to it and how do we proceed?
We take a very strategic approach whereby one has to adapt to the situation the company or the economy is in currently. Currently, we are in an economic situation that was triggered 18 months ago by COVID-19, forcing companies to shift their different focus and consider other issues.
